OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2018, in the heart of the Paraíba Valley.
Arroz de Altitude was founded with the purpose of valuing local production and highlighting the excellence of grains grown at 500 meters altitude. Since then, we have continued to grow and consolidate ourselves as a benchmark in the import and export of gourmet rice for haute cuisine — from food services to the most demanding tables.
